  • Entering Kings Canyon, in the Sequoia National Forest. I stayed overnight at the bottom of the canyon where you see the the road ends from sight.
  • Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Forest
  • General Sherman- the largest and oldest living thing on earth. Some say over 2000 years old. This tree took 3 pictures stitched together to show the whole thing. Make it larger and see how small the people are next to the tree. It measures over 100 feet around the trunk.
  • Grizzly Falls, Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Forest. So many poeple around, this was a rare moment to snap a photo when folks weren't walking right in front of the camera.
  • Roaring River Falls, Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Forest. This falls was actually quite large though it appears small from the angle and distance.
  • Roaring River Falls. in Kings Canyon. Attempting to get a good shot in spite of the rain that started coming down. This is the most beautiful falls in Sequoia National Forest.
  • Kings Canyon at sunset. Very deep and beautiful gorge that went for 30 miles.
  • Looking out my window of the little bungalow I rented for the night. It was much prettier looking out from the bungalow then looking in. Kinda scary so I didn't take a picture. It was this bungalow or sleeping in the Remote Kings Canyon with the bears running around. I chose the scary bungalow. But to wake up to this view was awesome.
  • Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Forest. Quiet and still as the sun was rising into the canyon. Quite majestic.
